Over the next several weeks we will be holding two very important meetings with representatives from Russia and Romania. These meetings will take place in Israel on the following dates:
1. Between August 19-22 we will be meeting with representatives of the Russian company ZAO "MOSVNESHINFORM":
Mr. Romma Leybe, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Mikhail Knyazev, Deputy General Director
2. Between August 31 and September 4 we will be meeting with Romanian Deputy Ministers of the Interior General Nicolae Berechet and General Dr. Pavel Abraham.
The Romanian delegation will be hosted by Identa, and these meetings will follow up on the working meetings that were held between the parties in Romania in July.
During the meeting the final details regarding their order of products for various Romanian national authorities: police, border patrol, customs and prison administration. All of these organizations report to the Romanian Ministry of the Interior.
Our initial estimate is that the order will be large, in the order of many tens of thousands of kits.
Today Identa received the official order from CVS, a large American drugstore chain. The order is for 420 units. It is an initial trial order that provides us with an opportunity to penetrate the American market, which offers enormous potential.
In the next few days we expect to get an initial order from the Company`s representative in South Africa. The following are the activities conducted by our representatives in South Africa, as outlined in the e-mail we received about two weeks ago:
"What I have done to date is set up a database of some 2500 Pharmacys whom we are systematically e-mailing with information regarding the availability of the kits. I have also set up a database of all the schools in South Africa whom we will approach next. I have had an initial meeting with the SA Police Services who appear to be interested but are saying the cost is prohibitive. I will continue to work on them and will show them the benefits to encourage them to purchase. I have also set up a database of the agencies who work in the substance abuse field (from Psychiatric hospitals through to counselling centres) and am also approaching them systematically. I am also compiling list of potential corporate customers such as Pick `n Pay Supermarkets, Woolworths, etc. in order to approach their Human Resource Departments.
We are also going to do promotionals to these groups probably in our local newspapers and weekly papers, I am still trying to decide on the best approach.
I have set up a support system to be able to handle queries and give necessary advice to the potential customers in order to support and assist them where necessary.

The Department of Customs & VAT has decided to purchase the Company`s products and will begin using them regularly as of January 2004.
