We take steps to assure & guarantee that shipments arrive in proper condition at the receiving point of the customers. Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra charge provided you have notified the shipping carrier of damages immediately upon receipt of the shipment.

You also need to send an e-mail report to us within three (3) BUSINESS DAYS following receipt of damaged shipment. Your e-mail report should include your purchase order number, invoice number, shipping date, and a brief description of the damage.

You should have received an email from us that said that your order was shipped. If you did not receive this you may want to check your spam filter.
If you have not received your order yet, it is probably still in transit. You should be getting it soon! All shipments are via priority mail, which unfortunately does not give us any tracking information. In general it takes about 4-8 business days to get to the customer's address.

Question: When will my order ship?
Answer: Orders are sent on the next business day of your order. If the item(s) you have ordered are temporarily out of stock you will be notified by email. The back order email notice will provide an estimated shipping date for the back ordered items and your order will shipped in full when the
item(s) become available


Question: Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Answer: Yes, you will receive a shipment notice by email the day your order is being shipped. This notice will be forwarded to the email address provided in the order.


Question: Why am I unable to track my package?
Answer: Please note that First Class Shipments do not have a tracking number.


Question: Can I pay by check?
Answer: No, unfortunately, you can't.


Question: When will my credit card be charged?
Answer: Your credit card will be charged when your order is packed and ready to be shipped.


Question: Why is my order on back order?
Answer: We try to keep all items in stock; however, on occasion an item may be temporarily out of stock. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock/on back order, you will be contacted immediately by email.


Question: Do I have to create an account to buy?
Answer: No, you do not need to create an account to buy.


Question: How can I cancel my order?
Answer: To cancel your order, please send an e-mail. If your order has not yet been shipped, you will be able to cancel the order. Once an order leaves our warehouse we are unable to cancel the order.

Answer: No, all sales are final. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us.

Answer: Please contact us by e-mail. The correct item will be shipped to you at no charge.

Answer: Please contact us by e-mail and a replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.

Question: Is there a minimum order that I must place?
Answer: No, but you could save by ordering in bulk. Since our products have a long shelf life, you can order them well in advance.


Question: What is the shelf life of your drug testing products?
Answer: These rapid drug test for substance have a shelf life of 3 years from their manufacturing date. The expiration date is on every individual pack. Do not use beyond this date.


Question: Do you accept payment by credit card?
Answer: Yes. All major credit cards are accepted. You can pay via MasterCard, Visa, Discover or Paypal.

Answer: No. Upon receipt of your order, you will be notified promptly be email that your order was received followed by a second email notifying you that your product has been shipped. In compliance with our Confidentiality & Privacy Policy, packages are shipped in unmarked boxes.
